Dr. Katie Scott is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in pediatric nursing, including 8 years as a nurse practitioner specializing in the care of children with special healthcare needs. With a strong foundation in both inpatient and outpatient pediatric settings, Dr. Scott brings expertise in the evaluation and management of children with a wide range of medical and developmental conditions including those who have experienced trauma, abuse, and neglect.
She works closely with patients and families to establish an individualized treatment plans which thoughtfully incorporate both pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic treatment strategies to address a variety of mental health conditions. Her approach is rooted in compassionate, family-centered care, with a focus on supporting each child’s overall well-being and long-term health outcomes. Dr. Scott is deeply committed to advocating for children with complex needs and helping families navigate their healthcare journey with confidence and clarity.
