The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time mental health therapist interested in serving the Ames and surrounding communities. This role is ideal for clinicians looking to serve children, young adults, and families in a supportive practice.

You’ll join a practice where:

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed in Iowa as an LMHC, LMSW, or LISW
• Comfortable working with one or more of the following populations:
  • Children and adolescent
  • Adults
  • Couples and families
• Available for weekday hours, with evening and/or weekend options if preferred
• Values collaboration, consultation, and inclusive care
• Aligns with a practice culture that prioritizes wellbeing, flexibility, and sustainability

Compensation & Support

• 25/75 split (clinician receives 75%)
• Guaranteed referrals—no need to market yourself
• Administrative, billing, and scheduling support
• Supervision available
• Monthly team meetings (supportive and collaborative)
• Optional biweekly clinical consultation
• Flexibility to provide telehealth and/or in-person sessions
